The breakfast is almost Indian food 90 % Pillows were not that comfortable

Hotel wifi doesnot work on far side of the resturaunt. No body to help or assist breakfast counter, staff is only busy clearing the table. For vegetarian only cereals no choice noticed.

The check in process was good. The staff was very helpful. The time take was fair we did not have to wait for long. The Apartment was spacious and nice.

The access to the apartment was quite a problem. We had to change lifts as the apartment was in another building. The house keeping fell short as the room cleaning was delayed and coffee/ tea sachets replacement was inadequate for 4 people in the apartment.

Booked for 2 nights and upon checking in was told check in time was 3pm and was okay with it and left to run my errands and returned at 8pm to be told that my 1 bedroom apartment was not available and they would give me my first night in the main hotel tower which I have never liked because I prefer larger spaces and shift me to the 1 bedroom apartment the next day.. And also they would compensate me with free dinner which I found to be quite offensive and refused to the dinner and proceeded to stay in the normal hotel room the 1st night. Next day I was shifted to the 1 bedroom apartment quite late and my whole 2 day trip seemed more a marathon than a restful time as I was leaving on the Saturday 29th February. Despite speaking to the Manager a Mr Jaideep who said he was sorry and was very polite and helpful, he said he would waive the 1st night but upon checkout I was given a refund of only 106 Dirhams which did not equate to the 1 night waiver. I had paid close to 740 Dirhams. I dint want to further spoil the mood of the day and just accepted that and left for the airport. A terrible experience when one comes to Dubai to get work done and some rest but turns out I was spending more time shuttling between rooms. Very very disappointed.

Its located in the heart of Deira, very big property. The flat was very clean and spacious. We loved it !!

No guidelines to or signs to the apartments elevator, parking is billable and one needs park outside as there is no self parking within the property.

Both breakfast and dinner were good and change daily. Apartment is sparkly clean and nice.

Location is good for business, but not for leisure/fun - nothing around, surroundings are quite ugly. There is washing machine, but nowhere to dry clothes - no drying rack or something similar. This might be some 'british' thing - but there is nowhere to plug in hair dryer in the bathroom. This is typical to other Dubai hotels as well.. Every first time you wander around apartment trying to find a place with both mirror and socket in close proximity, swearing ;) Aircon is also typically inconvenient.

Stayed here twice before but now in an appartment. Great place as before. Clean, friendly, spacious, good breakfast, value for money

Asked 3 times for an extra duvet and hasnt arrived.

Is close by airport, you can come by the metro. You can save if you are the type of Metro User.Expensive otherwise since has the Hyatt Tag. Swimming Pool is small, useful for relaxing , not for a workout.

I had requested for an extended stay, while i checked was told will be done, nevertheless i had packed for the checkout if in case they can't do, and had informed the front office, that they can check out moving packed suitcase to the front office if they are unable to accommodate. But when i am back, when i met the same front office person, he said that he had checked out, but he did it it immediately while i was asking him, meaning he had forgotten to do, despite they had the window of accommodation. I had stayed there for 4 days. This is not on the good taste. Cause was not no way beneficial to me , as well my bags had been instructed to be brought down

The restaurant staff were great and so were the guys who help with luggage

The reception staff let down this place. They treated us like we were a bother the entire time. On the first day despite alerting them we had an early flight and requesting for an early check in they kept us waiting for 8 hours. Despite us telling them to give us any room available so we could rest after the flight they did not. Several things including changing the rates each time we needed to extend our stay. Several times we got to room only to find we had been locked out even though we had made payment. On arrival back I discovered they have charged my card for dinner despite being on half board the entire time. The restaurant staff were fantastic

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The apartament was realy big and confortable. Two bathrooms, realy well furnished . The breackfast vas very good. Highly recomended!

The sofa in the livingroom was a little bit old and dirty

Asides the staff being rude, there breakfast was really good, perfect location- few minutes to train station and also dubai city center, grocery store, restaurants if you want to eat out which I don't think you will need to, the pool, and gym.

We were told during booking we could check in at the time of our arrival which wasn't there checkin time if a room is available. But unfortunately no room was available, we had to wait for like 2 hours at the lobby with our luggage which was fine but what angered me was the staff telling us they were doing us a favor by checking us in and treated us like we weren't even paying a dime for our stay. I think this was unfair, a staff shouldn't say that to a guest no matter what and I think if they want to stick by checkin time, guests should be informed properly at the point of booking.
